In 2021, 41 women were running businesses on the Fortune 500, a new record. That’s more than there have been at any other point in the index’s 67-year history.
At the same time, we have entered an era when the entire business community has finally become more open, supportive and collaborative than ever before. It's no longer just women supporting women, regardless of gender - it's everyone working together to ensure the UK business community flourishes. At the heart of this is organisations including BIMA, Agency Hackers and AllBright - offering networking events that where peers of all genders have been on hand to offer guidance, support or even just an ear.
